The IRC is managed by its Director, Ms. Nermeen Murad, whose professional experience spans more than 25 years of executive management, media consultancy and international journalism as well as advocacy on issues of community awareness, especially those related to gender and citizenship rights. The Center has an established reputation for its research team that has since 2001 conducted extensive surveys in the different sectors of the Jordanian community and provided strong research material on issues of gender, children and youth. A high-profile external research committee works as an advisory board to the research team. The IRC also has an information unit which has worked almost exclusively on developing an unmatched database (repository) of research titles and abstracts of research papers from Jordan .
